  • 400 Meter Run
  • 40 Sit-ups
  • 400 Meter Run
  • 30 Box Jumps
  • 400 Meter Run
  • 20 Kettlebell Swings
  • 400 Meter Run
  • 10 Burpees

Equipment:
- Rope for Double Unders
- Box for Box Jumps
- Kettlebell
- Timer for tracking time


Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Instructions: Remember to pace yourself on the runs to save energy for the other movements. Focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout.
