- 30 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Handstand Push-Ups
- 10 Rope Climbs
Equipment:
- Rope for Double-Unders and Rope Climbs
Notes:
- Scale Double-Unders to single-unders as needed
- Scale Toes-to-Bar to hanging knee raises if necessary
- Scale Handstand Push-Ups to pike push-ups or dumbbell presses
- Ensure proper technique and safety measures are in place for Rope Climbs
