EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 15 Double-unders
  • Even minutes: 10 Burpees

Instructions: Perform 15 double-unders on the odd minutes and 10 burpees on the even minutes for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust the reps if needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
