Tabata Skill Rope

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    1. Double-unders
    2. Rope climbs

Equipment:
- Rope
- Timer


Instructions:
Perform as many double-unders as possible in 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds, then move on to rope climbs. Alternate between the two movements for a total of 8 rounds. Score is the total number of reps completed across all rounds. Use proper technique and scaling options as needed.
