AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 50 Double-Unders
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 10 Handstand Push-Ups

Equipment:
- Rope
- Pull-up bar


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of 50 double-unders, 15 toes-to-bar, and 10 handstand push-ups. Make sure to scale the movements appropriately to maintain good form and intensity throughout the workout.
