Tabata Weightlifting Rope

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    1. Double-unders
    2. Hang Power Cleans

Equipment:
- Rope
- Barbell


Instructions:
Perform as many double-unders as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Immediately move on to the Hang Power Cleans, performing as many reps as possible in 20 seconds, then resting for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Score is total reps completed for both movements combined.
