  • 20 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 40 Handstand Push-ups
  • 60 Toes-to-Rings

Time Cap: 15 Minutes


Instructions: Perform the prescribed number of reps for each movement as quickly as possible. Scale the movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity throughout the workout.
