<li>Odd Minutes: 15/12 Calorie Row</li>
<li>Even Minutes: 10 Burpees over the Rower</li>
</ul><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong> Complete the prescribed number of calories on the rower in the odd minutes, then perform 10 burpees over the rower in the even minutes. Rest for the remainder of each minute.
