EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd Minutes: 5 Ring Muscle-ups
  • Even Minutes: 10 Handstand Push-ups

- Gymnastics mat


Notes:
This workout will challenge your upper body strength and stability. Scale the number of reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the EMOM. Make sure to maintain proper form to prevent injury.
