AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 5 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 10 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Kettlebell Swings

Notes:
- Scale the Ring Muscle-ups to Ring Rows or Jumping Ring Muscle-ups if needed.
- Scale the Handstand Push-ups to Pike Push-ups or Hand-release Push-ups if needed.
- Choose a challenging weight for the Kettlebell Swings that allows you to complete each set unbroken.
