AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 5 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 10 Ring Dips
  • 15 Ring Rows

Notes:
- Scale ring muscle-ups to jumping muscle-ups or banded transitions if needed.
- Scale ring dips to box dips or push-ups if needed.
- Aim to keep a steady pace throughout the 20 minutes.
- Rest as needed between sets to maintain quality of movement.
