Chipper Weightlifting Rings

Chipper:


  • 50 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 100 Dumbbell Snatches (50 each arm)
  • 150 Double-unders

Equipment:
- Rings, Dumbbells


Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Notes:
- Scale Ring Muscle-ups to Ring Rows or Ring Dips as needed.
- Choose a challenging weight for the Dumbbell Snatches that allows for good form throughout the workout.
- Break up the reps as needed to maintain intensity and form.
