Tabata Strength Workout:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Ring Dips
    • 10 seconds of rest

Instructions:
- Complete as many reps as possible during the 20 seconds of work, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round.
- Scale the movement as needed to maintain proper form and intensity.
- Focus on controlled and deliberate movements to build strength and endurance in the upper body.
