Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    1. Pull-ups
    2. Toes-to-bar
    3. Handstand push-ups
    4. Ring dips

- Rig


Instructions:
- Complete each Tabata round of the specified movement before moving on to the next.
- Score is total reps completed across all 4 movements.
- Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
