- 20 seconds of Resistance Band Pull Aparts
- 10 seconds rest
Skill Focus:
Focus on maintaining tension in the resistance band throughout the movement to target the upper back and shoulders.
Instructions:
Perform as many reps as possible of Resistance Band Pull Aparts in the 20 seconds of work, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Focus on quality of movement and maintaining proper form throughout the workout.
