<li>Odd minutes: 15 Slam Balls (#30/20)</li>
<li>Even minutes: 10 Toes-to-Bar</li>

- Perform 15 Slam Balls at the top of each odd minute and 10 Toes-to-Bar at the top of each even minute.<br>
- Scale the weight of the Slam Ball and modify the Toes-to-Bar as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.</p>
