EMOM Skill Slam BallEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 15 Slam Balls (#30/20)
- Even minutes: 10 Toes-to-Bar
Notes:
- Perform 15 Slam Balls at the top of each odd minute and 10 Toes-to-Bar at the top of each even minute.
- Scale the weight of the Slam Ball and modify the Toes-to-Bar as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
