- Minute 1: 3 Peg Board Ascents<br>
- Minute 2: 10 Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lbs)<br>
- Minute 3: 15 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong><br>
- Perform the prescribed reps for each movement within the minute and use any remaining time to rest before the next minute begins.<br>
- Scale the peg board ascents to rope climbs if needed.<br>
- Adjust weights and box height as necessary to maintain intensity throughout the workout.</p>
