- Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes.<br>
- Choose a wall ball weight that allows for unbroken sets.<br>
- Scale toes to bar to hanging knee raises if needed.<br>
- Box jump height should challenge but maintain good form.<br>
- Keep a steady pace throughout the workout to maximize rounds.</p>
