AMRAP Cardio RigAMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 200m Run
- 20 Wall Balls
- 15 Toes to Bar
- 10 Box Jumps
Notes:
- Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes.
- Choose a wall ball weight that allows for unbroken sets.
- Scale toes to bar to hanging knee raises if needed.
- Box jump height should challenge but maintain good form.
- Keep a steady pace throughout the workout to maximize rounds.
