<li>Odd Minutes: 3 Front Squats</li>
<li>Even Minutes: 2 Peg Board Ascents</li>
</ul><br><p><strong>Barbell:</strong> 75% of 1 Rep Max Front Squat<br>
<strong>Peg Board Scaling:</strong> Sub 1 Peg Board Ascent with 3 Strict Pull-ups</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong> Perform 3 Front Squats at the top of each odd minute and 2 Peg Board Ascents at the top of each even minute. Adjust the weight and scaling to ensure proper form and challenge throughout the workout. Rest the remainder of each minute if completed before the next round.</p>
