EMOM Strength Peg Board

Every Minute on the Minute for 20 Minutes:


  • Odd Minutes: 3 Front Squats
  • Even Minutes: 2 Peg Board Ascents

Barbell: 75% of 1 Rep Max Front Squat
Peg Board Scaling: Sub 1 Peg Board Ascent with 3 Strict Pull-ups


Instructions: Perform 3 Front Squats at the top of each odd minute and 2 Peg Board Ascents at the top of each even minute. Adjust the weight and scaling to ensure proper form and challenge throughout the workout. Rest the remainder of each minute if completed before the next round.
