AMRAP Gymnastics Kettlebell

AMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 15 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Kettlebell Swings


Equipment:
- 1 Kettlebell (Choose a challenging weight)


Notes:
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or dumbbell shoulder presses if needed.
- Scale toes-to-bar to knees-to-chest or hanging knee raises if necessary.
- Choose a kettlebell weight that allows you to perform the swings with good form throughout the workout.
- Keep moving and aim to complete as many rounds and reps as possible within the time cap.
