- Assault Bike</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong><br>
Perform 10 Toes-to-Bar at the start of each odd minute, and 15 Handstand Push-ups at the start of each even minute. If you fail to complete the designated reps within the minute, rest for the remainder of that minute and continue with the next movement on the following minute. Adjust the reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.</p>
