<li>Push Press #135 / #95</li>

- Alternate between Peg Board Climbs and Push Press every round for a total of 8 rounds.<br>
- Complete as many reps/rounds as possible within the 20-second work period.<br>
- Rest for 10 seconds between each round.<br>
- Score is total reps completed for both movements combined.</p><br><p><strong>Notes:</strong><br>
- Scale the weight of the Push Press as needed to maintain good form throughout the Tabata.<br>
- Focus on efficient movement patterns on the Peg Board to maximize reps during the work periods.<br>
- Stay consistent with your effort across all 8 rounds to push through the intensity of the Tabata format.</p>
