- Peg Board Climbs
- Push Press #135 / #95
Instructions:
- Alternate between Peg Board Climbs and Push Press every round for a total of 8 rounds.
- Complete as many reps/rounds as possible within the 20-second work period.
- Rest for 10 seconds between each round.
- Score is total reps completed for both movements combined.
Notes:
- Scale the weight of the Push Press as needed to maintain good form throughout the Tabata.
- Focus on efficient movement patterns on the Peg Board to maximize reps during the work periods.
- Stay consistent with your effort across all 8 rounds to push through the intensity of the Tabata format.
