<li>10 Ring Muscle-ups</li>
<li>15 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)</li>
<li>20 Box Jumps (24/20 in)</li>
<li>25 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)</li>
</ul><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong> Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Scale the Ring Muscle-ups to Ring Dips or Ring Rows as needed. Maintain good form throughout the workout to prevent injury. Have fun and push yourself to your limits!</p>
