AMRAP Weightlifting Rings

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 15 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
  • 20 Box Jumps (24/20 in)
  • 25 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)

Instructions: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Scale the Ring Muscle-ups to Ring Dips or Ring Rows as needed. Maintain good form throughout the workout to prevent injury. Have fun and push yourself to your limits!
