- Wall Balls<br>
- Double Unders</p><br><p><strong>Skill Emphasis:</strong> Focus on maintaining good form and technique throughout each Tabata interval.</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong> Perform 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds (4 minutes total) for each movement. Rest 1 minute between Tabata intervals. Score is the total number of reps completed for both movements combined. </p><br><p><strong>Equipment:</strong> <br>
