Tabata Skill Wall Ball

Tabata:
- Wall Balls
- Double Unders


Skill Emphasis: Focus on maintaining good form and technique throughout each Tabata interval.


Instructions: Perform 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds (4 minutes total) for each movement. Rest 1 minute between Tabata intervals. Score is the total number of reps completed for both movements combined.

- Wall Ball
- Jump Rope


Notes: Push yourself to keep a consistent pace and maximize your reps during each work interval. Remember to scale as needed to maintain intensity throughout the entire workout.
