<li>8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each of the following movements:<br><ol>
<li>Deadlifts</li>
<li>Hang Power Cleans</li>
<li>Front Squats</li>
<li>Push Jerks</li>
</ol></li>
</ul><br><p><strong>Barbell Weight:</strong> Choose a challenging weight that allows for proper form throughout the Tabata intervals.</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong> Complete all 8 rounds of each movement before moving on to the next. Rest 1 minute between movements. Your score is the total number of reps completed across all 4 movements. Focus on maintaining good technique and pushing through the short work intervals.</p>
