Tabata Weightlifting Rope

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each of the following movements:
    1. Deadlifts
    2. Hang Power Cleans
    3. Front Squats
    4. Push Jerks

Barbell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows for proper form throughout the Tabata intervals.


Instructions: Complete all 8 rounds of each movement before moving on to the next. Rest 1 minute between movements. Your score is the total number of reps completed across all 4 movements. Focus on maintaining good technique and pushing through the short work intervals.
