- Stationary Bike</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong><br>
- Set the stationary bike to a challenging resistance level.<br>
- Push yourself to sprint during the 20 seconds on the bike, then rest for 10 seconds before going all out again.<br>
- Focus on maintaining a strong and steady pace throughout each round.<br>
- Complete 8 rounds total for a total of 4 minutes of work.</p>
