Tabata Strength Stationary Bike

Tabata Strength Circuit:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of max effort on the stationary bike
    • 10 seconds of rest

Equipment:
- Stationary Bike


Instructions:
- Set the stationary bike to a challenging resistance level.
- Push yourself to sprint during the 20 seconds on the bike, then rest for 10 seconds before going all out again.
- Focus on maintaining a strong and steady pace throughout each round.
- Complete 8 rounds total for a total of 4 minutes of work.
