- The Tabata portion consists of 8 rounds on the SkiErg, with 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest.<br>
- After completing the Tabata, rest for 1 minute before moving on to the Front Squats.<br>
- Perform as many reps as possible of Front Squats at 70% of your 1-rep max in 4 minutes.<br>
- Score is total meters on the SkiErg and total reps of Front Squats.</p>
