Tabata Strength SkiErg

Tabata:


  • SkiErg (8 rounds of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off)
  • Rest 1 minute
  • Max Reps Front Squats at 70% of 1-rep max in 4 minutes

Instructions:
- The Tabata portion consists of 8 rounds on the SkiErg, with 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest.
- After completing the Tabata, rest for 1 minute before moving on to the Front Squats.
- Perform as many reps as possible of Front Squats at 70% of your 1-rep max in 4 minutes.
- Score is total meters on the SkiErg and total reps of Front Squats.
