- Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each exercise, alternating between Kettlebell Swings and Push Press.<br>
- Focus on maintaining good form and pushing yourself during the work intervals.<br>
- Choose a challenging weight for the kettlebell that allows you to complete each round with proper technique.</p>
