Tabata Strength Kettlebell

Tabata Style:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each exercise
- Alternate between exercises


Exercises:
1. Kettlebell Swings
2. Push Press (using kettlebell)


Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each exercise, alternating between Kettlebell Swings and Push Press.
- Focus on maintaining good form and pushing yourself during the work intervals.
- Choose a challenging weight for the kettlebell that allows you to complete each round with proper technique.
