  <p><strong>Tabata (8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest):</strong><br>
- Slam Balls<br>
- Cardio (Rowing, Running, or Assault Bike)</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong><br>
- Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement.<br>
- Alternate between Slam Balls and Cardio (Rowing, Running, or Assault Bike) for each Tabata interval.<br>
- Score is total reps completed for each movement.<br>
- Choose a weight for the Slam Ball that allows for consistent movement throughout the 20 seconds of work.<br>
- Push hard during each work interval and try to maintain intensity throughout the entire workout.</p>
