Tabata Cardio Slam BallTabata (8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest):
- Slam Balls
- Cardio (Rowing, Running, or Assault Bike)
Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement.
- Alternate between Slam Balls and Cardio (Rowing, Running, or Assault Bike) for each Tabata interval.
- Score is total reps completed for each movement.
- Choose a weight for the Slam Ball that allows for consistent movement throughout the 20 seconds of work.
- Push hard during each work interval and try to maintain intensity throughout the entire workout.
