- 8 Rounds (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest) of:<br>
  - Kettlebell Swings<br>
  - Burpees</p><br><p><strong>Equipment:</strong> <br>
- Kettlebell</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong> <br>
Perform as many reps as possible of kettlebell swings during the 20-second work interval, then switch to burpees during the next 20-second work interval. Repeat for 8 rounds, alternating between the two movements. Rest for 10 seconds between each round. </p><br><p><strong>Notes:</strong> <br>
Make sure to maintain good form throughout the workout and push yourself to keep moving at a high intensity during each work interval.</p>
