Tabata Cardio Kettlebell

Tabata:
- 8 Rounds (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest) of:
- Kettlebell Swings
- Burpees


Equipment:
- Kettlebell


Instructions:
Perform as many reps as possible of kettlebell swings during the 20-second work interval, then switch to burpees during the next 20-second work interval. Repeat for 8 rounds, alternating between the two movements. Rest for 10 seconds between each round.


Notes:
Make sure to maintain good form throughout the workout and push yourself to keep moving at a high intensity during each work interval.
