<li>GHD Back Extensions</li>
<li>Russian Kettlebell Swings</li>
<li>Weighted Lunges</li>

</ul><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong><br>
- Complete each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving to the next movement.<br>
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes) for each movement.<br>
- Rotate through the movements in the order listed.<br>
- Choose a challenging weight for the Kettlebell Swings and Lunges.<br>
- Focus on maintaining good form throughout the entire Tabata workout.</p>
