Tabata Weightlifting GHD Machine

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    • GHD Sit-ups
    • GHD Back Extensions
    • Russian Kettlebell Swings
    • Weighted Lunges

Instructions:
- Complete each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving to the next movement.
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes) for each movement.
- Rotate through the movements in the order listed.
- Choose a challenging weight for the Kettlebell Swings and Lunges.
- Focus on maintaining good form throughout the entire Tabata workout.
