<li>Alternating between SkiErg and Weightlifting movements</li>
<li>SkiErg: Max effort for 20 seconds</li>
<li>Weightlifting: Max effort for 20 seconds (choose a weight that challenges you)</li>
</ul><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong> <br>
- Start with 4 rounds on the SkiErg, then switch to Weightlifting movements for 4 rounds.<br>
- Choose a weightlifting movement such as deadlifts, thrusters, or snatches.<br>
- Focus on maintaining intensity throughout each 20-second work interval.<br>
- Rest for 10 seconds between each round.<br>
- Push yourself to work hard during each interval for a total of 8 rounds.</p>
