Tabata Weightlifting SkiErg

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
  • Alternating between SkiErg and Weightlifting movements
  • SkiErg: Max effort for 20 seconds
  • Weightlifting: Max effort for 20 seconds (choose a weight that challenges you)

Instructions:
- Start with 4 rounds on the SkiErg, then switch to Weightlifting movements for 4 rounds.
- Choose a weightlifting movement such as deadlifts, thrusters, or snatches.
- Focus on maintaining intensity throughout each 20-second work interval.
- Rest for 10 seconds between each round.
- Push yourself to work hard during each interval for a total of 8 rounds.
