<li>200 Meter Farmer's Carry (2 x 50/35 lb dumbbells)</li>
</ul><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong><br>
- Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next.<br>
- Scale ring muscle-ups to jumping ring muscle-ups or banded ring muscle-ups if needed.<br>
- Scale ring dips to box dips or bench dips as necessary.<br>
- Scale ring rows to feet elevated ring rows if needed.<br>
- Choose a weight for the farmer's carry that allows for unbroken 200 meters.</p>
