Rounds-for-Time Skill Rings

For Time:


  • 15 Ring Muscle-Ups
  • 50 Ring Dips
  • 100 Ring Rows
  • 200 Meter Farmer's Carry (2 x 50/35 lb dumbbells)

Instructions:
- Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next.
- Scale ring muscle-ups to jumping ring muscle-ups or banded ring muscle-ups if needed.
- Scale ring dips to box dips or bench dips as necessary.
- Scale ring rows to feet elevated ring rows if needed.
- Choose a weight for the farmer's carry that allows for unbroken 200 meters.
