  <p><strong>Tabata Workout:</strong><br>
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement:<br>
  - Handstand Push-ups<br>
  - Toes-to-Bar<br>
  - Pull-ups<br>
  - Burpee Box Jumps</p><br><p><strong>Equipment:</strong><br>
- Slam Ball</p><br><p><strong>Instructions:</strong><br>
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, aiming for as many reps as possible during that time. Rest for 10 seconds before moving to the next movement. Complete 8 rounds in total. Keep track of your total reps for each movement for scoring purposes. Be sure to scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.</p>
