Tabata Gymnastics Slam BallTabata Workout:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
- Handstand Push-ups
- Toes-to-Bar
- Pull-ups
- Burpee Box Jumps
Equipment:
- Slam Ball
Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, aiming for as many reps as possible during that time. Rest for 10 seconds before moving to the next movement. Complete 8 rounds in total. Keep track of your total reps for each movement for scoring purposes. Be sure to scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
